Hmmm. What are you trying to get at? It might not be a bad pairing if it is.

If it has two engines I can't say that is a bad size because it does have to download all the engines updates.

Its too big, if you compare it with Coranti AV which have 4 engines...:D

Coranti Needs 275 Megs to update its definition files...whereas Lavasoft Total Security needs 390 Megs...:ninja:

Does the Coranti setup include also a ~100 MB image for its rescue disk?

Man, Lavasoft really aren't original. They can't come up with their own engines anymore? They've been using Outpost firewall for a while, then Avira's engine, then Sunbelt's and now G-Data? Come on.

They don't use GDatas as GData itself uses Bitdefender and Avast:)

According to Softpedia Lavasoft formed a partnership with G-Data to make this product.

Installed Ad-Aware free along side Prevx SafeOnline free on my laptop. Feels really light. We'll see how the protection is.

Good Morning ! Based on the Screen-Shots it looks like G-Data Total Care 2011. I've been using G-Data 2011 I.S. Suite for the last three weeks and it runs much lighter than the 2010 version. Interesting move by Ad-Aware...hopefully they'll be able to provide a more expedient Support Time for the customer...due to the fact G-Data has a poor response time in addressing Customer Concerns. Otherwise G-Data is a superb product. Sincerely...Securon
