Ad-Aware 9.5 released

    If you don't know that malware is only detected on-execution you could spread malware to all your friends ... :doubt: Lavasoft should at least mention that it's necessary to run on-demand-scans to detect malware! :doubt:

    I mean in the free version. In the free version there is only processes blocker, no file scanner.

    I guess there should be a way to deactivate On Execution. :D

    An Update is availaible Ad Aware 9.5.1

    Lavasoft has released version 9.5. This new version should be faster and it contains a new malware detection method. More details can be found in Lavasoft blog:

    Lavasoft has released 9.5.1 with a small fix for speeding up scanning on older systems, specially if you find 9.5 to be slower than 9.0.7 version.

    It will take some time before all download servers have been updated with the new version.
