Hi I am trying out Webroot SecureAnywhere 8.0.0.40 and decided to check my Active Processes list and seen that these files are being monitored.

    QBIDPService.exe and IntuitUpdateService.exe (Quickbooks 2011)
    MezzmoMediaServer.exe (Mezzmo DLNA media server)

Just wondering why these files are being marked as needing to be Monitored instead of just being allowed? They all belong to legit programs that I payed good money for. I know i can just check the allow button but was wondering what the Monitor does? and do i leave these files on Monitor?
    Thanks :)

oh it also made rules in the Detection Configuration menu to Monitor some of the files.

Because they are not marked as safe in the WSA database. It does not mean they are dangerous, just not yet been categorised as such. Probably not a widely used software or recently updated. You can manually set them as allowed if you do not want to wait for WSA determination to be updated.
