Activation Issue with NTFS for Mac 14

    I purchase the upgrade to 14.0.562, but after entering the supplied serial number and logging in from the preferences pane, I get "We couldn't complete your activation. The serial number was already activated on another device. Please try again or get help." On my account page on myparagon, the product says "license not in use". I've submitted a support request, but no word on how to get paragon working.
