Been trying, with no success, to download the 8101 update to TrueImage 11 for almost a week now (need this update for a Vista PC). When I can access the site and "My Account -> Registered Products" I continue to get the message "We are very sorry but service is unavailable now. Please try again later..." when I click on Get Update. The UK and AU sites will not allow me to download. How can Acronis expect us to trust them as a backup program provider when they cannot even keep their own site up or fully fuctional? Even more ridiculous is the Acronis lastest news email that Acronis sent out today announcing their Coming Soon, Free! Acronis Product Update Service. WTF, are we not supposed to be getting that now? Acronis - get your site working and doing what it is supposed to do!
