Acronis - TrueImageHomeNotify.exe failed to initialize

    2 problems
    Firstly, I cannot start a backup without having to create an ad hoc schedule and then run the schedule once.
    Secondly, I have now started getting this error: application failed to initialize TrueImageHomeNotify.exe so I can't even run the schedule.
    ANy ideas?

    What is the build number of your program? You can check it navigating mouse cursor to upper line of the program then press ALT + left mouse button -> Help -> About

    What do you mean by an ad hoc schedule?
