I installed Acronis True image 9.1 on a windows 2003 R2 Server last night.

This morning my branch office is reporting that the server is down and that the raid array has become degraded. a quick search of the forums have shown this is an issue that has come up before.

I am using the latest version of the Software.

The server was full patched last night as well.

According to dell the server is using either of the following raid apapters.

    Adaptec Cerc Sata 2S
    or Adaptec Cerc Sata1.5/6ch.

What could be the cause of this problem?
and how do I recover from this?

Also how do I prevent this from happening again.
Can I do a complete uninstall of the Acronis Software until I determine what went wrong.

I have a company onsite now contacting dell.
According to the employees there, the server was emitting a loud beep and quite possibly shaking.

Needless to say I am very angry about this after having spent several thousand dollars on TI 9 workstation and Server licenses for 22 machines, including universal restore and Maintence.

    **Update**

Dell Support came to our branch office yesterday and replaced the #3 drive in our raid array. In addition out #4 drive was offline.

He force #4 online and said the server was in great shape.

This morning the server is down again.. and guess what True Image Server 9.1 is still installed...

With hardware replaced..It makes me wonder how serious this problem is..
