Acronis True Image Managment Console

I need all the help i can get. I have ATIMC installed on my backup server. I can remote into the computer i want to back up, but when i go to select a backup location it only allows me to select a personalized location. Then when i choose that in the next screen it asks for a username and password. I enter what i think it is but then when the backup occurs it fails and gives out a log saying username and password incorrect. I have no clue what username and password it is asking for. Please Help!!!

Could you please clarify the exact title of product you're using? It seems that you've installed and enabled Acronis Backup Server component. Please note that you can manage your Acronis Backup Server and set the appropriate backup locations, user profiles, rules and quotas. You would need to create user profile in Acronis Backup Server in order to backup the remote computer to your Acronis Backup Server storage. All the related information about Acronis Backup Server management can be found in appropriate User Guide for your product.

Feel free to submit a request for technical support if you will not be able to use Acronis Backup Server for some reasons. Please attach all the information along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

I have acronis true image enterprise edition 9.1 installed on the backup server. Then i also have the management console installed on it.
