I've bought an english ATI 10 only to be able to contact the ATI official support...

Please note that as Uncle Ben mentioned Acronis True Image 10.0 Home on French language can be purchased via one of Acronis partners (foe example, Micro Application).

Please also note that you can register and download the installation file from Acronis web site. Please be aware that at this moment only one build of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home is available. In order to download the installation file of this build you should first register the serial number in "Product Registration" sections of the account and then get the file from "Registered Products" section. When the next build will be released you will be able to download it from "Product Update" section.
