    When I boot the Recovery CD, True Image loads, but my mouse pointer wont move, so I cant choose any options. how do I fix this o_O

    I seem to recall that you should be able to tab through the options with your keyboard, but I'd head to their new support location (see here) and get it straight from support.

    Try this when acronis opens to the window that lets you choose "safe", "full" or "windows" hit "F11" and then hit the "tab" key this will highlight "quiet" then hit the right arrow key, the cursor should be beside the word "quiet" type in the phrase
    "usbmouse=off" without the quotations.
    see if that works. I don't know what version of TI you have but in Version 11 you can make a rescue cd with this added in the command, so you don't have to do it every time.
