Acronis True Image Editor?

Have acronis or anyone made a tib file editor yet to edit images just like novel zenworks because only being able to load and read from images is a tad basic.

Can acronis even read and modify current images? i think NOT or incremental backups would be more advanced ...

Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

We regret to inform you that current version of Acronis True Image doesn't allow you to edit image files created. When you mount the image all the data there is available in read-only mode. Actually the purpose of the image is to archive the data and mounting allows you to get some particular files without having to restore the whole image. If you need to have the image that will include changes you may create the incremental image.
