URGENT-Acronis True Image Echo Server Reading failure in 262.151

Acronis True Image Echo Server Boot Disk Build 8.203
Win 2k3 Server
HP USB-DAT 72 (DW072A)
The attemt to write a backup from DAT back to disk fails with error
"Öffnen der Datei zum Lesen von 262.151 fehlgeschlagen"
Problem exists with all 5 backup-tapes, all tapes are ~ 3 weeks old, every tape got the error at the same Sector.
Acronis verifies every backup after finishing the job, so the tapes are good.

PLEASE do not reply with a standard-post (check if you got the latest builds etc.), I need a QUICK SOLUTION, it's live-necessary to get the server running again!!!!
