Acronis True Image Echo Server Exchange Backup Error

    Hi, i trying to backup exchange data with Acronis® True Image Echo Server® with Acronis Universal Restore® (build 8,163) but acronis displaying this error.

    This error language is Turkish - Error message is saying this file using another program (Exchange)

    I change the snapapi file and acronis create this log file in c:/

    How can i resolve this problem.

    Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

    You are unable to backup the exchange data using Acronis True Image Echo Sever for Windows, especially selecting My Data backup type. You can use Acronis True Image Echo Sever for Windows to backup the entire partition, if you want to backup the database, you should use another Acronis software designed for these purposes.
