    Greetings,

We've just purchased Acronis True Image Echo Server (build 8353) and trying to use it to image 60 Dell Mini 10 Netbooks.

We have followed the instructions in the KB for how to create a bootable USB memory stick. That part works wonderfully.

We have the netbooks plugged into a gigabit switch. Once booted into True Image Echo sever, and we go to the Tools menu and choose Options, then examine the network settings it reports the following:

    Realtek RTL-8169

And it says the Cable not connected.

We've plugged it into a 10/100 switch and no luck. Never reports the cable is hooked up and it won't get an IP from the DHCP server.

We've been able to do a different model of Dell laptop (Latitude E5500) and it works flawlessly.... (Broadcom Tigon3 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter)

    WinXP uses the following device:

    Realtek RTL8102E/RTL8103E Family PCI/E

    Any thoughts?
