Acronis True Image does not find hard disk

When I try to use Acronis True Image I get the Message "E000101F4: Acronis True Image has not found any Hard disk drives." What is going on? I certainly have a hard disk.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should first register Acronis software at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/.

It it doesn't help, please install the below update with disabled logging and see whether the problem persists.

If the problem does persist, please enable logging by running the update once more, reproduce the program failure and send the c:\snapapi.log file to support@acronis.com along with the Acronis Report and a link to this thread (please see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the instructions on how to get the report). This will allow us to investigate the problem.

Thanks for answering my question. I fixed the problem by deleting the program using the regular windows delete and then reinstalling Acronis True Image using the CD.
