Acronis True Image 9 german

Hallo, I`m new at this Forum and my english ist not so good, but I hope anyone is understand my Problem.
I make a Backup my HD C: if TI check the archiv came always the same failer

Achiv damaged E00070020 -Archiv beschädigt

I send it to Acronis Support but have no anwser.

It would be helpful if you would post more details of your hardware configuration, so more help can be forthcoming. Are you using internal or external hard drives? SATA, USB, etc? What type and make of computer is this? Also, what is the version of TI you use?
