Acronis true image 10 Home

    Hello After purchasing and dowloading Acronis true image 10 online I have followed the download instructions and installed it...I insert the serial number when requested.
    Istallation seems ok...(Icons appear on desktop, and in start menu)

    but when you double click on the icon to start Acronis true image 10 the windows sand clock apears 1 second) and nothing happens...the aplication does not start...

    This did not happen when I used the evaluation version worked flawlessly

    Operating System = Windows Xp Professional SP2 Totally updated

    Try Un-install and re-install.

    Also, did you install TI for All Users?
    Sometimes it has problems if just installed for the current user.

    Have tried reinstall with no result...will try all users instalation in a few minutes. Thanks for your help
