Acronis start loader is freeze

I have my laptop with specification:
Acer Aspire 5551, Intel Dual Core 1.6GHZ, 512 MbRam, 60 HDD IDE, ATI xpress1300.

Acronis True Image Server 9.1 build 3677

I already backup my computer in Acronis Secure Zone. After, I restart my laptop to recovery by F11 recovery. When I press F11 button, screen appear Acronis Restore and freeze at here. I do not what it is. Please help me

Could you please clarify if you get to the selection screen advising you to select either "Full" version of Acronis True Image or "Boot into Windows"?

Please also create Acronis True Image bootable CD (check Chapter 9. "Creating bootable media" in the User's Guide) and check if it is possible to boot your computer from it. If not please create Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
