acronis snap deploy + boot from PXE

Hi everyone,

how do you solve this issue?

on the user guide thay say ''Boot the target computer(s) into Acronis Snap Deploy Agent from the PXE Server.''

I cant figure it out how to boot except for booting from the nic card..

is someone able from the deployment server to boot a machine into acronis so that it shows up on the pc to deploy list on mgmt console?

Hi Sofiane,

First you have to create the PXE server come from Acronis. Just follow the wizard to install it.

Then, it's depend on you PC model. HP PC you will have to press F12 to boot to network, on DELL PC you should go to BIOS Setup to set NIC to boot to PXE.

After you enable, when your PC start it will search for Acronis PXE Server and load the snap deploy agent.

that is what i have been doing.... either enabling the PXE server or via the boot CD
