Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange SBS - two Problems

Hello Support-Forum,

I have actually two Problems with an Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange SBS (GERMAN).

1. If a new user was created and Acronis is the first who connects to that Mailbox, all folders in the Mailbox are Named with the english Foldernames.
It is a bit boring to create a user and hurry up to configure the outlook an connect to the Mailbox so that the Foldernames are created in German.


2. Acronis offers to do a backup of the Exchange DB every hour. That's very fine. During the Backup Acronis seems to lock the Mailbox of the actually backupped User. There were Mailerdeamon replys "user is unknown"... Now we only do a backup at night and there were no errors (ok, the mailtraffic is more less than at day).

Does anyone knew how to fix these two problems?
