    Dear all,
i post here my answer because after 2 weeks i never receive an answer from the official Acronis Customer support (Case 00070473).

I have the last version of Acronis True Image Home 2009 and use Windows XP SP3.
I make 2 bootable USB key with the Create Bootable Rescue Media option of True Image Home 2009.
The first USB Key is a Kingston 2 GB Key and it run (i boot with Acronis)
The second USB Key is a pqi i221 16GB key and when i boot with i receive this error

Acronis Loader fatal error: Boot drive (partition) not found.
Press <Enter> to try to boot your OS...

And i can't boot from the USB key.

Can anyone help me ? Thanks for your help (hope to have more chance here than with the official Acronis Customer support...)

I got that message several times a few years ago after disabling some of Acronis start up items under msconfig. I didn't believe they were needed for the program to function, but maybe they were. I had to reformat my drive. I've been using Acronis True image 11 now for about 2 years with no problems. Can you remember if you disabled anything under msconfig startup?
