Acronis Hang

    Dear Forum,

    I have two models notebook which Dell Latitude D20 and D630. Creating and Restoring image has no problem with Dell D620 but Not with Dell D630. The issue is not consistent. I means sometime it just hang after creating image to Acronis server has been completed about 20%, another problem is that the progress bar does not move at all after proceed the restoration. May I know what could be the problem ? Please advise.

    Could you please provide some more details? What operating system are you using? What exact version and build of Acronis True Image are you using? You can find the full version name and build number by going to Help -> About... menu in the main program window. Are you running Acronis True Image from Windows, or via Acronis Bootable Rescue Media? When does the issue appear? Are there any error messages? When do they appear? What exactly do they say?

    Please notice that sometimes the issues are solved by downloading the latest build of the respective version of Acronis True Image, and doing a repair installation (or a complete reinstallation). To get access to updates you should first register your software.

    You can find the detailed instructions on how to use Acronis True Image in the respective User's Guide.
