Acronis Enterprise Server 9.1 install failiure

I cannot install Acronis Enterprise Server 9.1
on a windows server 2003 SP1 with Veritas,
SAN luns and Fibre attached 3584 library with
LTO 3 tapes.
Part way through the install (About 30 seconds)
with the follwoing message.

"The installation was interrupted before Acronis True Image Enterprise Server could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again."

I have tried this on another server, the package will install on XP
which indicates the install file is ok.

I have dumped the msi installer logs as per one of the links in this forum
and sent a help request this morning [Acronis #536835] but I have not had a reply back so I',m hoping someone here can help as this is fairly urgent.
