Trying to image C to D.
D drive appears "healthy and active" for Win XP SP2
but Acronis sees just drive C. No other HDs

    Thanks for helping.

Is D: an internal or external drive?

What interface (USB, FireWire, eSATA, SATA, IDE, etc.)?

If internal, is it using the same chipset controller as the C: drive? (Both on same IDE chipset, both on same SATA chipset, etc.)

Is the problem in Windows or when booted to the TI CD?

What version and build of TI are you using?

    Hello all,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup software

contiw, could you please provide us with the answers on Mudcrab questions and also clarify if this D drive is dynamic or basic one?

    Thank you
