    You might still be eligable for the v10 upgrade.

    As I understand it TI9 works as advertised within XP for you. But via the rescue CD you get corrupted image messages?

    What version # of TI9 are you using.

    Are you imaging to an external hardrive or an internal?

    I did get a free upgrade to 10. The problem was my ISP blocks email from Acronis support no matter what I do.

    The problem was not from their end.
