Acronis can't find any hard drives

I recently reloaded windows xp pro SR2 to repair some glitches in my system.
I had backed up my C: partition before doing so. Now when I try to clone it again I get this message.
E000101F4: Acronis True Image Home has not found any hard disk drives.

If choose the option to backup data I can select C: drive in the window that comes up . But as long as I select back up My Computer I get that message. can anyone help?

 

If you click on "Search" and then type in E000101F4 in the search box you will find numerous posts that deal with this error.

You may be lucky and find one that applies to your setup. If not come back to the Forum.

 

Thanks. I uninstalled the software then reinstalled it and the problem has been solved.
