I have built a custom boot cd (for pc maintenance) that starts with a menu where I can select what boot image to run. One of them is Windows 98 startup disk, one is Windows XP installation, etc. I am trying to include Acronis Disk Director and True Image, but the captured boot files (extracted from Acronis created bootable cd) will not boot correctly. Any workaround?

Can you please state what bootmanger you're using and exactly how the multi-boot cd is setup?

You'll probably need to create a USB flashdrive instead of a CD (or ISO image) so you have access to the individual files.

The Linux based versions of DD and TI can be booted with any Linux bootmanager (like Syslinux or GRUB). The DOS based versions of DD and TI (the Safe Mode versions) need to be run from a "DOS" boot to work (though they will crash when you exit, requiring a reboot, since it doesn't drop back to the bootmenu).
