    Hi @ll:

Im using Acronis 8, and it works fine and we are very happy.
Well, we have new PC's with a 915 Board. Normally, I put my Acronis Boot CD in the PC and it will end up in the Menue, where I can choose to Restore and BackUp Images. So far so good. I choose Restore, but I can't see the Network, due to a NetworkCard Problem. Acronis can't handle the new BroadCom GigaBit cards. It tells me, that I dont have a NetworkCard installed.

Is there a way to update these Boot-CD's o_O?

    THX for help !

    Hello Matthias,

Firstly, if you've not already done so, download/install the latest build and then use it to create a new bootable rescue CD. Instructions for obtaining the latest build are contained in the Acronis Support Sticky titled <Please Read Before You Post>. An updated rescue CD should contain more/better hardware device drivers so you may well be in luck.

    Regards
