    My PC: Dell Studio Hyprid 140G
    I boot with the Boot-CD (TrueImage 2009), then Acronis hangs on
    the Bootmenu -no mouse, no Keyboard.
    I can only reset the PC.
    How to creat a Boot-CD (TrueImage BootCDbuilder) for Safe-Mode?
    Can i see the Linux-Console when i start the Boot-CD?

    greetings

    Hello StefanW,

    Thank you for using Acronis Products

    Can you please clarify the exact version of Acronis True Image and the build number? First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products.

    Please try the following workaround:

    - Boot the computer from Acronis True Image bootable rescue disc (Full version);
    - Hit F11 key after the "Starting Acronis Loader..." message appears and you get to the selection screen of the program;
    - After you get the "Linux Kernel Settings" prompt, please add "acpi=off noapic" parameter (without quotes) to the end of the Linux kernel command line (so it will be "quiet acpi=off noapic");
    - Click OK button.

    You can download ISO image for your version of Acronis True Image from account on our web site under Registered Products and use third-party software to create Acronis bootable disc. ISO image from your account is based on different loader so it should solve the issue in case it remains. You can also download Safe Media from your account.

    Best regards,
