I have a USB hard drive connected to an Airport Extreme. I can't seem to use my airport disk as a destination for my acronis backup. I keep getting an access denied error.

There is a place in Acronis for authentication settings but it asks for a user name and password. I have a password for the destination USB hard drive but I have no user name.

Anybody know what the user name is?

    Hello x35,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image

Manage the backup task again selecting the Airport Extreme under My Network places. The username and the password to get the access to your Airport Extreme are required. Try to specify the IP address instead of the username.

As a workaround connect the USB hard drive locally.

    Thank you.
