Acronis 10 on SBS 2008

Buongiorno, sto cercando di installare la nuova versione di Acronis 10 in un server SBS 2008.
La versione che sto installando è la seguente: acronis backup and recovery 10 advanced server sbs edition with Ur Incl.
L’errore che mi si presenta è durante l’installazione del componente Agent:
error:
code: 06442537

Message: installation error
Suberror code: 01603
Line tag: 0xbd28fdbdl64edb8b9l
Message: errore irreversibile durante l’installazione

Nel secondo server, la versione per il server standard 2008, dopo l’installazione e il primo backup di prova non mi vede più né le unità disco locali, né l’unità nas di destinazione del backup, questo errore con la stessa versione del software ci è capitato anche da un altro cliente pochissimi gioni fa.

In a second server standard 2008, after the setup and first test backup job i can't see the local disk anymore, even the nas installed on my network, it seems like a autentication trouble. This kind of error is the same that I incontered few days ago to another customer.
