Acroins True Image shutdown the notebook when I press Run to create a image or ......

Hello,

i have a problem. I want to make a image from a new HP Notebook NX 4010 which is docked in a station with cdrom. The NX 4010 has no cdrom integrated. So i must boot from cd over the docking - station.

When i boot from the acronis cd, true image will be loaded. When i press
"create" or "read back" a image and press "run" nothing happens and after 1 second the notebook will be restarted.

I have the same problem with the hp nx7000 notebook.

Do you know a solution for my problem?

Have you tried the workaround ("acpi=off noapic")? Have you sent the diagnostic information to our Support Departement (support@acronis.com)?
