    I'am using the Trial version of True Image 9, and attempting to do a file backup to CD. When I try to do the image, I get the following message;

    "E00040014 Access to file is denied. A possible reason may be poor media quality"

    I am using new CD media and have tried two different brands MAXELL and Memorex, but no go.

    I don't believe there is a problem with the media, as I have been able to us it in other applications. Is there some other factor that might be causing this message.

    I have read some good reviews of True Image, and hope that this issue can be resolved. I reallly need a good Backup program.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
