    Na, I don't beleive it. Version 2 is due out any day, but I've never heard of 1.5!

    Be sure you have logged on to the "A-Squared Control Center" and ticked the "beta" box under "Manage Licenses". You will then be able to update to the new version.

    Is yours the free version Kent? My interface looks different.
    I guess I don't have the beta.

    You must go to the a-squared homepage and tick the "beta" as pointed out above in order for the internal updater to upgrade to this version.

    HTH....

    pretty painless download, i like the new GUI ;) My licenses is good till 1/1/3000

    Mine was pretty painless also although it did require a reboot.

    Finally got it. That is a different way to upgrade. I had a problem getting all the steps in order. :rolleyes: Thanks Kent. :)

    Can you please advise if this beta provides real time monitoring etc. along the lines of the Personal Version. I currently have the free version.

    This version is available in both the free and personal versions. The guard with real time monitoring is not available in the free, only the personal....

    I do not believe there is a public download link for it. You have to have the regular version installed and the license through the control center web page set to include beta versions. Then the internal updater will download and install the new beta version.
