A way to delete more than 1 file at a time

    Yes, Jooske... re Restore, I suppose was an option, trouble is, I am fairly certain that a Restore Point back would be virtually useless, as I have a feeling his system was compromised a long while ago. No AV [I presume] prior to the 2-3 weeks with McAfee, as he stated:
    We will see what he comes up with. :)

    Swan, as Jooske stated re firewall, a lot use ZoneAlarm etc. Personally I have only ever used Kerio [2.1.5 now v4.0].
    Best bet is to ask in Other Firewalls Forum like Jooske suggested :)
