A warning on a way of opening malicious attachment in Thunderbird

    At least I haven't yet seen anyhing like this before...


    It is a normally looking link, that points to some attachment (message.src in this particular case), that apparently resides on hard-disk, while it doesn't appear to be attached to an e-mail at all. Maybe it has something to do with that little graphic beside the link (is it a so-called "web bug") ??
