    I noticed a change in the amount of objects that A2 scans. It used to scan for 105,000 objects. Now the past 4 or 5 scans that I have run it only scans 65,000. Does anyone know why this happened?

    I checked up on the daily-updates, and since I just installed A-squared recently I decided to compare signature totals. As of today's update the number is 327,288. When loading my A2 and updating, mine says sig-total is 409,601. Question;do I need to re-install or is there a logical explanationo_O (A-squaredFree by the way)

    website says 409,601... 230,297-trojans, 39,725-dialers, 66,744-worms, 9,899-spyware & 62,936-traces... without traces it is still 346,655-sigs. Could the 327,288 be what has been added to the original database and the original database was 19,377 (346,655-327,28:cool:

    I guess Toby refers to the number of scanned objects while scanning and not to the signature count ;).

    @Toby:
    Have you deactivated the Registry scan? Deactivating that option will reduce the number of scanned objects by approx. 40000. That could explain the drop of scanned objects :).
