11:11 o'clock on 11 November is the official start of Karneval (also known as Fasching in some regions). This is also referred to as the fifth season of the year.

Did not realize that a-squared now has an antivirus built in.I really do not know much about this product.I wonder how good the antivirus is and what kind of resources are used.I have been happy using microsoft security essentials.

The av in A-Squared Antimalware is Ikarus.
I like the combination. To be fair, it has detected two false positives that were fixed fairly fast.

I have this running with OA paid for and have no problems. Don't have the scanning part working in A-aquared as I use NOD32 for that but can't imagine that makes a difference to you

OA and A-squared work well together. I feel so naked without KIS and A-squared running but its alot easier on the system. I'm so used to staking security software.

I kept getting a reply that an account already exists and only one free license per user can be used.
I must have gotten a trial of a-squared a long time ago, and evidently it is one for life.

Not a big problem, as I am not sure I would install it.

    Regards,
    Jerry

It's tied to your e-mail address, just use another one.
    Many disposable one's out there.

I had the same problem but when I used an email address that I never used in communication with emsisoft, the page said the email address was already in use so I am not sure what is happening. I sent an email to customer service to find out what the problem is.

I also used another email address that I am sure I had never used with them, and got the same message. Maybe it is also tied to the name or computer address. I sure don't know.

    Regards,
    Jerry
