A problem in restoring by Acronis TrueImage

    When i restored my system by Acronis TrueImage, it recommanded me to reboot the system for i would restored the c partition.
    But when rebooted, the Acronis TrueImage reported that "ide2:ports already in use, skipping probe" .After that there was the TrueImage GUI, i selected "restore" and pressed the first "next" button. But the computer rebooted automatically and returned to the windows.
    It failed to restore.
    Could anyone tell me the reason of the failure? And how to deal with it?

    This post is eerily identical to the same problem I am having. Anyone have any solutions?
