About 3 weeks ago i had a massive adware / tojan attack and had 100+ diffrent items on me, after a througrer clean up im still finding problems further down the road.

ATM im getting these popups from AVG.

    http://www.puce123.force9.co.uk/images/misc/scan.gif

Ive also god a file called 16_July.exe sitting on the root of C:\ and i cant delete it in normal or safe mode.

As usual ive run CWShedder, Spybot S&D, Ad-aware 6, and AVG. Even when i fix any problems some still remain.

Heres my hijack this log too:

    Hi Mord
Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/cus...aults/sb/*http://www.yahoo.com/search/ie.html
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/ycomp_wave/defaults/sp/*http://www.yahoo.com

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/ycomp_wave/defaults/su/*http://www.yahoo.com

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [hdGh.exe] C:\documents and settings\administrator\local settings\temp\hdGh.exe

Reboot into safe mode and use the Disk Cleanup Utility to empty all your Temp folders.

Purityscan was found in your Restore Points.
To clean those out, disable System Restore, reboot, and re-enable System Restore.
Disabling or enabling Windows XP System Restore

    Regards,

    Pieter
