9.1 Workstation Build 3832 Not in My Updates

I have a registered copy of True Image 9.1 Workstation build 3718.

However, the new build 3832 is not available for download in "Available Updates for My Registered Products"

Yes, the product is registered. Just no update download link.

Does anyone know why?

I'm in the same boat... However, clicking on "registered products" in the left hand pane of the page gives me a download link (but no indication of what build it is). I wonder what version this will download. I also have a license for Universal Restore and note that there is a new version of that out, too, but there's nothing anywhere in my account to indicate that I have a license for it and absolutely nowhere that I can see to download (any build of) it.

 

The version in the "Registered Products" is the older build unfortunately.

 

I can also confirm this. Acronis PLEASE UPDATE ASAP!!

 

I received a reply from Acronis. They said they will be fixing the link shortly.

 

I sent support an email before I noticed this thread hopefully they will fix this soon

I still get build 3718 for Universal Restore. Are you sure about it? How did you get it? The updates and redownload pages both give me 3718.

 

same here, getting v3718 for universal restore; however no option given for downloading an updated version of ti workstation at all, which I suspect has to do with my purchase being an 'upgrade' to workstation from home. If i go to registered products the download for workstation shows up but no updates, or version numbers, are shown.

Those who say the latest version is online, what page are you getting the update from (registered products / updates) and what version of workstation (upgrade / non-upgrade)?

 

I sent an email to support and they sent me the new build download links for both TI Workstation and Universal Restore. They did say they are working on the problem.

Universal Restore is updated, but still Workstation says 3718.

 

Well, it's progress anyway!

 

Looks as if workstation 3832 is there now. At least it is for me. And I upgraded from home to workstation.

 

Yeah, It looks like it's fixed. They both are listed in my downloads also.
