Great deal. Thx for posting! Been using the free version for a while. Anyone has the pro version? And how is it doing? Is its real-time protection light on the system?

  5. It's pretty light on system resources, using 5,000KB in system panel. URL blocking is a strong point of buying the PRO version, up to date and offers good protection while surfing.

I think claudiu was just trying to show you a way to recoup your money and repurchase at a cheaper price. :D

I own 3 licenses and recently purchased another for a friend.
    It's doing great.
I'm a fan of the real time protection module, the website blocking and the flash (memory and autorun) scan, all of which come with the Pro version.
I've read where some folks say the real time protection uses a lot of memory but that has not been an issue for me.
MBAM Pro is worth the price even without a discount. :thumb: ;)

Thanks for the trick, but no thanks, just to happy with it and for a couple of euro's it's just not worth the hassle.

Any conflicts? On the surface it looks like some duplication of function with Av software modules for instance.

Can I expect conflicts with Avira Premium if I'm running the realtime protection module as described above? I currently run the free version.

    Great piece of software.

Anyone who missed the deal - just do a search for "Malwarebytes discount codes" as there has often been many of them around (last I checked I found plenty).

Personally I bought 3 licences a number of years ago with a 20% off code.

    Hi there J,
I have in the past run MBAM real time with Avira 2012 real time without any problems. Given the fact that your system is powerful you shouldn't worry about slowdowns if there are no conflicts. I think the only way to know is to test it though.
