4 freeware to optimize Vista

    2 new software (3&4) have just been released, so I put them here along with other 2.
    It is known, that Vista is not so fast, so those tools might help you to speed it up a bit.

    1. CCleaner - classic, cleans up junk files and a little registry and old shortcuts as well.

    2. Auslogics Disk Defrag - defragments HDD, provides much more info than default Vista.

    3. RegSeeker - cleans up the registry, so it is a little dangerous, allows to create backups.

    4. Auslogics Registry Defrag - defragments registry, creates a restore point before doing so.

    Id like to add another: vLite - Windows Vista configuration tool

    You have to first create the custom Vista cd/dvd, but it definitely helps get rid of the bloat.

    Yeah, vLite is cool, I used it for a few months, it is an ultimate tool to optimize Vista. ;)
