4.2 Document protection changes?

    I updated from EAV 4.0 to 4.2 (uninstalled 4.0 before) and while going trhough options to enable detection of potentialy unsafe applications saw this in Document protection tab:

    This is default settings. What does Integrate into system mean and how it differs from Enable document protection and should I enable it?
    Will Office documents as well as ActiveX objects still be scanned with the default options?
