3633: Failed to register the product...

    Currently using 3567, but can't install 3633.
    After giving my name and email address (the ones I used to register originally) it pops up "Failed to register the product. Please try again later".

    I tried yesterday and today.
    Is there a server problem or am I doing something wrong?

    I had a diff prob with 3633. Installed over 3625 on some machines fine but on others didn't ask for serial number then wouldn't run because it didn't find a valid serial number.

    I uninstall and reinstalled 3633 and things were fine then. Onoy takes a few minutes so you might give it a try --- oh, and be sure you firewall isn't blocking program accesss to the interent for registration, but you probalby already thought of the that.

    In fact the problem was I downloaded the trail version by mistake :oops: :rolleyes:
