Can anyone tell me what the significance of the SERVICES AND CONTROLLER APP requesting access to 255.255.255.255:DHCP? What is this IP address, and why would this app request access to it?

    255.255.255.255 is a broadcast address.
DHCP (UDP ports/services 67/6:cool: is used to obtain IP address from DHCP servers.

If your system obtains it's IP dynamically, it is normal to see this traffic.
