Win 2000 Server and Disk Director Suite 9.0 (build 534)
I am trying to resize my c: partition from 9.8 gig to 5 gig, so I can then create a new partition from the unallocated space. When the system reboots, it gets an error 'Disk Director cannot resize partition with bad blocks'. I tried running Windows scandisk... it did not come back with any errors. How would I repair bad blocks without doing a lowlevel format?

I also ran CHKDSK /f .. it was not impressed... I show no errors, but I got the same message from ADDS9
