I haven't used either myself. Neither is in the Torrentfreak list. https://torrentfreak.com/vpn-anonymous-review-160220/. PureVPN, I think, is the more established of the two but I don't think it meets hardcore privacy criteria but it is probably OK for mobile hotspots and torrents. This is just a repackage of the Stacksocial offers. There are more VPNs on the stacksocial.com site but none of the better ones at the moment. There have been good offers for PIA and NordVPN on Stacksocial.
