2 month extension after survey

I could not find this question in the main thread.
I have a couple of licences and got 1 email (yes I filled the survey out twice)
So which licence will the extension go on, or how will I know.

 

My username were in the title of the mail I recieved, so maybe they included in yours too. That way you can see which license has been extended.

 

The email sent to me did not have my username....but I did get the notification of extension.

 

I bought my licences with the same name, seemed logical at the time.

 

Maybe someone can tell me as to why subscription dates are not metioned or found in the program itself. I hope this is part of the new version being worked on.
