2 browsers or 2 profiles in the same one?

    I currently use Chrome and Firefox.
    Chrome for standard browsing (news, forums, weather, etc.), FF for shopping, banking, webmail. I have different set-up/extensions for the two.

    This works well, but I am thinking to get rid of Chrome and use FF only.

    Is using a unique browser (but with separated profiles) safer than two or nothing changes?
